Well, Very important is first you have to Log in to your account and then you can see option “Track Order”.

The same option is also available in website on Top Bar & in Footer also, but you have to login your account.

Login to your account click on order. Now important thing, if your order status is on “processing” , you will not able to cancel it, once we process your order then only you can see cancel option, Generally you can see cancel option in 20 to 30 minutes.  

Simple way is just click on Login | Resister link given on Top Bar you will see option for Login OR Resister, 

Once you provide your E-Mail ID you will immediately get your system generated password on your email ID and you can use it for Login. 

Important Note : On Mobile you can see this option in side bar.

You can see “Password Change” Option in your Account in Account Details. 

No worry, You can simple go to Login | Resister link and you can see link at bottom “Lost Password” just click on it and you will ask for your Email Id, Enter and submit, you will receive new password in that mail immediately.

Important : Once you Received system Generated Password we recommend you to change the same. 

You can create a Return in 3 simple steps

  1. Tap on My Orders
  2. Choose the Item to be returned
  3. Enter Details & create a return request

Number of days to pickup a product may vary as per  the Logistic team. The product will be picked up anywhere between 4 to 6 days.

Refund will be initiated upon successful pickup as per the return policy. Generally it will take around 5 to 6 business days.
